Windows 10: new update solves big sound problem!

An audio issue that was found in Windows 10 has just been resolved by Microsoft. However, it is only available for those who download and install the latest optional update KB5003690. I remember that after the last cumulative updates, Windows 10 started having a strange sound problem. An example of this is a failure where the computer seemed to squeak.
