This is noted in the Ministry of Health (Ministry of Health). On its official Facebook page, the department made recommendationswhat to do if you are unable to get the second injection at the recommended time.
It is advisable to vaccinate with the second dose at a certain time, depending on the vaccine:

The Ministry of Health emphasizes that at the moment the final most recent terms for the administration of the second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine have not been determined. However, if it was not possible to get a second vaccination on the specified date, it is recommended to get it as soon as possible.
The second dose of coronavirus vaccine given earlier or later than the recommended interval is counted without the need to re-administer or vaccinate from the beginning.
As reported OBOZREVATEL, Doctor of Medical Sciences Viktor Dosenko explained that combining vaccines is undesirable, therefore, the second dose of the drug that was given the first vaccination should be administered.
