It seems that the debate around influencers increasingly interests Salvadoran audiences. In a few hours, the famous tiktoker Nicolle Figueroa has faced two controversies: that of a video that, according to users, promoted gender violence and, later, also the accusations of an entrepreneur.
On Twitter, the owner of a startup that is dedicated to marketing “apples covered with chocolate and toppings,” attacked the influencer, accusing her of having received royalties from her brand and not having created content about it.
Figueroa decided to show screenshots to defend herself against the accusations, as the user even claimed that the influencer had been inconsiderate for not publishing “a video” about her venture. “You gave me the gift and 10 minutes later I published the story, I mentioned you and here is the evidence,” he wrote.
