A dog named Harley from the United States lives by the lake with its owners, Ralph and Patricia Dorn, former military personnel.
Harley has worked as a therapy dog with children and the elderly for several years. Apparently, Harley’s habit of caring for others hasn’t gone away. The dog was walking behind the house on the lakeshore and heard the bleating of a drowning fawn. He hurried into the water, picked up the baby, and helped him swim to the bank. Harley stayed near the fawn, licked it, and made sure it was okay.
When the fawn was dried off and run into the woods, Harley returned to the house. But the next morning the dog started running around the house and looking out the windows. As soon as the owners let the dog outside, he ran into the trees to look for his new friend. To the Dorns’ surprise, the Kitz soon came running to Harley.
