Jakarta –
Head National Civil Service Agency (BKN) Bima Haria Wibisana mentioned the question of choosing the Qur’an or Pancasila in National Insight Test (TWK) for KPK employees is a tough question. In fact, according to him, it is often used by terrorists to recruit terrorist candidates.
“This is actually a tough question. If someone is asked by an assessor to choose the Koran or Pancasila then he is in the heavy category,” Bima said in Jakarta, Saturday as reported Among, Sunday (20/6/2021).
Bima said he asked the TWK participants this question so that the assessors could see the responses from the participants. Bima said that if someone had a limited understanding of religion or Pancasila, they would quickly answer religion.
However, if the participant has a better understanding of religion, he will be confused because in religion there are elements of Pancasila and Pancasila also does not conflict with religion.
“So this confusion is what the assessor catches until he knows what level someone is at,” said Bima.
Bima emphasized that the meaning of the question of choosing Pancasila or the Koran in TWK was not really a matter of Pancasila or religion. The question, said Biman, was more about seeing the responses from the participants.
“It should be noted that what assessors really want to see is the response to the question, not the answer,” he said.
