Oberliga Niederrhein: The SSVg Velbert presented a proper preparation plan with a duel against the newly promoted Bundesliga VfL Bochum.
The SSVg Velbert 02 presents a tight “timetable” for the coming weeks with six test matches.

The duel against the BG marks the start of the series of test matches Overthrow on Saturday, July 3rd (4 p.m.; Velbert stadium – alternatively the EMKA sports center athletics facility), followed immediately by a highly anticipated game against the VfL Bochum on Wednesday, July 7th (6.30 p.m.; Velbert Stadium).
Subsequently, the national division SC Obersprockhövel (Sunday July 25th, 3 p.m.; away from home) and the 1. FC Wuelfrath (Wednesday July 28th, 6.30 p.m.; Velbert Stadium).

Another test match of the Velbert footballers is on Sunday, August 1st (3 p.m.; Velbert Stadium) against the SV Bergisch Gladbach 09 planned. At the end of the summer preparation, the SSVg Velbert just a few days later the Hammer SpVg (Friday, August 6th, 6.30 p.m.; Velbert stadium), before the new season is due to start around a week later.
Also the chairman of the Velberter SSVg, Oliver Kuhn, is enthusiastic about the varied and exciting preparation game plan: “We are particularly happy about the test match against the Bundesliga promoted VfL Bochum, which is certainly the highlight of our preparation. “
