The controversy of the national insight test (TWK) KPK employees in the transition of status to state civil apparatus (ASN) are still not complete. Recently, it emerged that the Deputy Chairperson of the KPK, Nurul Ghufron, could not answer the question of whose idea TWK was.
Ghufron is a KPK leader who was examined by Komnas HAM regarding the TWK polemic on Thursday (17/6/2021). However, Ghufron denied that he could not answer the question about whose idea TWK was.
What does it look like?
Before entering into the case, it is important to remember that the KPK leadership is collegial in nature. So all leaders must have a share and have their respective roles in every policy making.
Well, in Ghufron’s examination, there is a question about the nature of the contribution of each leader in the process of transferring the status of KPK employees, in particular TWK.
“But indeed there are some question constructions that are not collegial collective areas, but areas that are the contribution of individual leaders. So there were some questions that Pak Ghufron also couldn’t answer because they were other leaders,” said Choirul Anam after Ghufron’s examination. , at the Komnas HAM office, Jakarta, Thursday (17/6/2021).
“Therefore, we provide the opportunity for other leaders to come to Komnas HAM to provide clarification,” he added.
Then what kind of questions are the contributions of each leader, so that Ghufron can’t answer? Anam revealed it.
“Who came up with this idea (TWK) and so on, whose initiative is this and so on,” said Anam.
“Yes, because it is not him (Ghufron) yes, he cannot answer yes,” he added.
