In this way, Torre Universal fulfills the conceptualization outlined of being a class A + building, conditioned as the headquarters of foreign companies that believe and understand the importance of sustainability.

Among the user-friendly characteristics, the use of efficient construction materials and technologies that guarantee energy savings of up to 21% stand out.

In addition, it generates an efficiency of up to 50% for indoor water and 100% for outdoor drinking water and develops a waste management and collection center strategy.

For its part, in the construction phase it reduced the disposal of construction waste by 82%.

This effort was what earned him the Leed Gold recognition from the Sustainable Building Council in the United States.
