PT Pertamina (Persero) officially withdraws the facility kartu kredit directors, managers and commissioners. It is known from letter No. 204/H00000/2021-S4 dated 15 June 2021 signed by Pertamina Finance Director Emma Sri Martini.
In the letter, it was stated that the withdrawal of credit card facilities was carried out in order to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of operational costs within the Pertamina Group.
The letter also asks management to use a personal credit card for operational needs related to work and office activities. Later, the reimbursement for these expenses will be made automatically reimbursement in accordance with applicable Company regulations.

Subject: Withdrawal of Corporate Credit Card within Pertamina Group
In order to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of operational costs within the Pertamina Group, currently the mechanism for the use of Corporate Credit Cards is being restructured for the Directors, Commissioners and all Pertamina Group officers.
We hereby convey the following matters to be followed up:
1. Stop the use of Corporate Credit Cards for Directors, Commissioners and all Pertamina Group Officers whose payments are made by the Company through an auto-debit mechanism or bank transfer instruction starting on June 15, 2021.
2. Temporarily use a personal credit card for operational needs related to work and office activities. Reimbursement for these expenses will be made on a reimbursement basis in accordance with applicable Company regulations.
3. Return the physical Corporate Credit Card referred to in point 1 above at the first opportunity to VP Industrial Relations and Compensation & Benefit for Holding and to VP HC of each Sub Holding.
4. Each Director of Finance/CFO submits an update by letter to the SVP Corporate Finance that points 1, 2 and 3 above have been implemented in their entity. This letter has been prepared in accordance with the work procedures and basic principles of Company integrity in accordance with the GCG principles contained in the Corporate Governance of PT Pertamina (Persero).
