No black box found

They found the place where the MiG-29 fighter plane crashed in the Black Sea near Shabla. More parts of the machine were found, but not its black box. This was announced at a briefing by Rear Admiral Kiril Mihailov, Commander of the Navy.

According to him, the teams have investigated an area that has not been inspected so far after a detailed analysis to clarify the alleged location of the plane crash. According to experts, if the dead pilot Major Valentin Terziiski had managed to eject, he would certainly have been saved.

They resumed the search for the missing MiG-29

The incident with the crash of a MiG-29 fighter took place on June 9 while performing a training task. An operation to search for and rescue the pilot immediately began, which unfortunately ended tragically and Major Terziev was pronounced dead.
