We remember: As early as April, Facebook announced that it would offer clubhouse-like features and that it would offer functions such as soundbites, live audio rooms and podcasts in future. At least the integration of the podcast platform doesn’t seem to be long in coming, so The Verge. According to this, operators of a podcast Facebook page would currently receive an email from Facebook, after which they could link the RSS feeds of their shows to Facebook in order to be mentioned later in the news feed. This then all happens via a new podcast tab, which has not yet been activated.
According to The Verge, only a handful of podcasters were contacted about this, but the emails were still sent much more far-reaching than Facebook had indicated.
