France faces Germany tomorrow (15), in Munich, in the debut of the teams in the Euro Cup. The match between France and Germany takes place at 16:00 (GMT) and will be broadcast live on closed TV by SporTV.
The teams make their debut at UEFA Euro 2020, which had to be postponed last year due to the new pandemic coronavirus. Germany and France are in Group F, called the “group of death”, alongside Hungary and Portugal.
In the two friendlies held before the continental tournament, the German team won a 1-1 draw against Denmark and a 7-1 rout over Latvia. The French team won both friendly matches: 3-0 over Wales and 3-0 over Bulgaria.
The Germans have already won three European Cup titles, in 1972, 1980 and 1996, in addition to having won three other vices. France won twice, in 1984 and 2000, and was second in 1984.
