Patrik Schick scored twice for the Czech Republic in the first European Championship group game against Scotland. He scored his second goal from 45 meters: a player in the history of the European Championship has never scored from a greater distance.
Patrik Schick scored nine goals for Bayer 04 Leverkusen in the past Bundesliga season. But from 45 meters he did not succeed. But so in the European Championship game of his Czechs against Scotland, in which he became the match winner with a brace. It was probably the most beautiful goal of the tournament so far.
But Schick is not the first to cheer after a long-range shot at the finals of a European Championship. A player never met from a great distance at an EM, but five professionals also made it over the 30-meter mark. Sky Sport Austria shows you the top five.
