The Czechs will head to the cult strategy game Age of Empires as a new playable nation. As part of the official DLC extension Dawn of the Dukes for Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition, which is to be released in August this year, it will be possible to play for the Hussites under the direction of Jan Žižka.
Microsoft, which owns the famous brand, has so far released some basic data. The Czech nation will receive its own campaign (the Poles will also see it) revolving around Žižka. At the same time, specific equipment will appear – the Hussites will be able to use a specific war chariot or wagon wall. It will be possible to use a howitzer for this.
The Dawn of the Dukes extension can be obtained free of charge with a pre-order of the upcoming Age of Empires IV. The price of the DLC itself, which will require the second part in the Definitive Edition to run, has not yet been announced.
