JAKARTA – OPPO strives to prioritize after-sales service with the presence of 117 service centers that have been established and managed independently. Including, providing benefits and added value for consumers through OPPO Super Service Day.
“After-sales service is our main concern for consumers in Indonesia. Not only establishing an equitable and quality after-sales center, but we also provide added value for consumers, such as during Super Service Day activities,” said Aryo Meidianto A, PR Manager of OPPO Indonesia.

During June 10-12, consumers can get discounts of up to 30% on replacement parts and 20% off purchases of Internet of Things (IoT) accessories and products at all OPPO after-sales centers.
If you missed today, don’t worry. Because, OPPO routinely conducts OPPO Service Day activities which provide a 10% discount for purchasing accessories and replacing spare parts on 10 every month.
“This activity has been taking place since October 2020 at all OPPO after-sales service centers in Indonesia. In this activity, OPPO recorded a significant increase in replacement parts, purchases of accessories and IoT products,” explained Aryo.
According to him, since it was introduced, there has been a 30% increase on OPPO Service Day. This means that many consumers take advantage of this offer to replace spare parts.

“In addition, there was also a 35% increase in sales of accessories and IoT,” added Aryo. According to him, the OPPO Service Day and OPPO Super Service Day programs are intended to provide experience and convenience to consumers when using OPPO products.
