Jakarta, Beritasatu.com – Saving and loan cooperative (KSP) True Partner Friends throughout 2020 recorded a loan amount of IDR 2.7 trillion, down from 2019 of IDR 3.3 trillion. In line with that, total deposits reached Rp. 3.3 trillion, a decrease from 2019 of Rp. 4.3 trillion. This was revealed at the Annual Members Meeting (RAT) for the 2020 financial year which was conducted in a hybrid manner in Jakarta, recently. Present at the location of Deputy for Cooperatives at the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs, Ahmad Zabadi, as well as supervisors, administrators, and members.
Chairman of the RAT Session, Edy Setiadi, the total assets of the Sahabat Mitra Sejati Savings and Loan Cooperative in 2020 reached Rp. 3.370 trillion. “The details are liabilities of Rp. 3.349 trillion and equity of Rp. 20.3 billion,” he said in a written statement received Friday (11/4/2021).
Throughout 2020, the remaining gross operating results reached Rp 428.9 billion or decreased from 2019 Rp 522.8 billion. KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati managed to reduce operating expenses to Rp 406 billion compared to 2019 which was Rp 519 billion. Thus, the remaining 2020 operating results are good to Rp 5 billion from Rp 1 billion in 2019.
This meeting was the second time led by the Chair of the Session in a hybrid manner to all cooperative members spread throughout Indonesia in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic.
This implementation is expected to facilitate more members, especially those who have limited time and are located far from the place where the RAT is held.
Supervisor of KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati Dodong thanked all the managers and members who have worked hard to make KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati continue to grow every year.
Meanwhile, Chairman I KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati, Ceppy said that the implementation of this RAT showed that this cooperative adhered to the principle of good corporate governance (GCG) as one that is required for every cooperative in Indonesia.
