It is true that Activision and Blizzard are not at E3 2021 with their own event or conference, but the company was not going to miss the opportunity to drop by the Los Angeles fair. At the moment we have already had its first iteration of this year, since at the Summer Game Fest last night, Blizzard left us with a new video of Overwatch 2.
This time we did not have any news about its gameplay or new game ears or functionalities, such as the recently announced crossplay. Nothing could be further from the truth, since what we were shown was the graphic redesign of two of the current rooster characters.
Overwatch 2 will improve the design of its heroes
It is about Sombra and Baptiste, characters that will receive a new face modeling for the launch of Overwatch 2. New details, better definition and better shadows are some of the improvements that will be implemented in their designs for the launch of the sequel. And little else they showed in the video, which you can see below these lines, where, again, they did not give a release date for the game, which seems to point to 2022.
Looking for me?
