San José, Jun 9 (elmundo.cr) – The Executive Committee of the Costa Rican Football Federation (Fedef Fútbol) agreed tonight unanimously the departure of Rónald González as coach of the Tricolor.
This was announced by Rodolfo Villalobos, president of Fedef Fútbol, to the media at 10:00 pm Costa Rica time.
In addition, he explained that next Friday there will be an extraordinary session of the Executive Committee “to define the new coach of the National Team for the Gold Cup and the tie heading to Qatar 2022.
González leaves office with alarming numbers for the national team, there are 11 games without winning and 25% performance.
