If you take a closer look at the structure of pensions, it turns out that in the past few years, judges have received the highest increases. Moreover, the amount of their payment does not depend on the subsistence level.
For instance, since January 2019, the pensions of judges have increased from 28.7 to 77.3 thousand UAH. At the same time, only UAH 1,000 was added to the military on a well-deserved rest during the same time – on average, their payment increased from 4.6 to 5.6 thousand UAH. At the same time, the average pension in the country increased by UAH 1.1 thousand and as of April 2021 does not even reach UAH 4 thousand.
According to calculations Minsoca, the actual subsistence minimum for a pensioner is 4 382, 47 hryvnias I everyone who receives less is below the poverty line… The current size of the pension, even after the increase, will be several times lower.
