The period just before the start of E3 traditionally belongs to various leaks. One of perhaps the most interesting ones affected Ubisoft today. He seems to be preparing a PvP event from a first-person perspective, which will offer characters and elements from the Splinter Cell, The Division and Ghost Recon series.
Information about the game first appeared on Twitter by Zer0Bytes_. The authenticity of the leak was subsequently confirmed, for example, by a magazine Video Games Chronicle. The title is called BattleCat. However, it is likely that this is only an internal name. Zer0Bytes further states that the game started testing during January this year. He also mentions specific game modes in the form of Escort and Ringleader. The individual factions will be made up of heroes and characters from Splinter Cell University, The Division and Ghost Recon.
The game should target PCs and consoles. We will see if we will see an official performance at one of the upcoming conferences. Given the timing of the leak, we wouldn’t be surprised at all. Events are offered directly Ubisoft Forwardwhich will take place on Saturday 12 June from 21:00. Below you can see some leaked pictures.
Are you interested in the concept of the game or would you prefer a full-fledged new Splinter Cell?
