Joshua Hall, a 22-year-old man from Pennsylvania, has been charged with fraud and identity theft crimes, after posing as members of former President Donald Trump’s family on social media in order to raise money for a nonexistent political organization, reported the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York.
