“The disparities are great between an industrial group in the region which has never closed its factories and a company in the Defense service sector, which has faced the crisis with a maximum of teleworking”, points out the director of human resources (HRD ) from a large SBF 120 group. “Even organizations in the same sector react differently. Some set global teleworking standards while others will prioritize autonomy and local decisions, ”he continues.
