Uniform appearance: Fashion Net Düsseldorf and Fashion Square have agreed on “DFD” (Düsseldorf Fashion Days) as the future central umbrella brand. In the future, this will also include all activities in Fashion Square. The background is the “common mission” to strengthen the fashion location Düsseldorf through the uniform use of the umbrella brand.
“As the central umbrella brand, DFD will in future also include all of the Fashion Square activities that were previously under the title Düsseldorf Fashion Week,” says Angelika Firnrohr, Managing Director of Fashion Net Düsseldorf.
Thanks to her continuous commitment to the location, Firnrohr is significantly involved in the further development of the DFD concept, all activities relating to showroom and trade fair orders as well as year-round relevant measures at the fashion location.
“The DFD umbrella brand aims to reflect various individual interests in Düsseldorf within the order week. In order to consistently promote the location, it is therefore necessary that all relevant players in the industry use the DFD term for their communication,” she explains.
Klaus Kroeger, Managing Director of Fashion Square Marketing GmbH, also looks forward to the bundling of the individual interests of Fashion Net and Fashion Square. For Kroeger, the synergy effects from the cooperation and the intensification of the cooperation with Igedo and Gallery Fashion & Shoes are in the foreground.
