Ségolène de Dianous is Marketing and Digital Director of MACSF.
Ségolène graduated from HEC with a major in marketing. After a first experience in 2002 as a Consultant in restructuring, growth strategy and development, she turned to marketing. She thus supports the marketing and commercial development of an SME in Milan.
In 2008, she joined the Edenred group as Marketing Development Manager. It is developing personal services subsidiaries there (Ticket CESU, ticket cleanway, tesorus, etc.). In 2010, Ségolène de Dianous took responsibility for Strategic Marketing within Aviva. She will remain in this position for almost 3 years.
Ségolène de Dianous joined the MACSF group in 2012, to contribute to its growth. After a few years in market marketing, management entrusted her with digital development in 2017. She created the sales and management channels there. And manages the digital communication strategy (editorial and commercial).
Since February 2018, she has been appointed Marketing and Digital Director and joins the MACSF Executive Committee. In this context, she participates in the construction of the strategic plan, carries the customer vision and defines the customer experience. She also builds the marketing plan and digital strategy, and is responsible for online sales and management. Finally, Ségolène manages customer data, scores and the management of commercial activity.
