Interest in electrified (100% electric BEV and rechargeable PHEV hybrids) cars continues to grow worldwide. In April alone, their sales increased by 249% to 392,000 units, and only those of BEV electric vehicles rose by 235% to 251,000 units.
The market share of electrified cars this year is at the level of 5.7% compared to last year’s figure of 4%, and the expected annual result from ev-sales.blogspot.com is at the limit of 5,000,000 units, writes auto-press.net .

The best-selling electrified and in particular 100% electric car in April is the compact Wuling Mini EV, of which 29,251 units were sold during the month.
For the period from the beginning of the year, however, the model of the Chinese company SGMW is inferior to Tesla Model 3 (141,696 units) and reports 125,9125 units. The third place on the honorary ladder is for Tesla Model Y with 72,296 units sold.
