WhatsApp sees that business people often have problems sending notifications on time. These constraints make it difficult for businesses to follow up on customer inquiries or requests beyond the 24-hour timeframe.
WhatsApp is also launching a new messaging feature that can improve the efficiency of business transaction processes. The new message list offers up to 10 options so customers don’t have to manually type responses anymore.
