Again, scammers try to extort money from us, this time using a telephone. They call us and receiving them will result in loss of money or an attempt to extort personal data. More and more often you can meet with calls lasting a few seconds, which we will not even have time to answer. Under no circumstances should we call them back if we do not know the number.

How to protect yourself from attacks?
You can miss a call from an unknown number. Before calling back, check this phone number by typing it in a search engine to look for the owner and the feedback. If this is the number of scammers, there is usually a lot of information on the internet about it.

The word “yes” should be avoided during the conversation, so that in the future no one will persuade the interlocutor that he has agreed to anything. We should also not provide our data or PESEL number.
How to check how much we will pay for an SMS?
Well, those sent to numbers starting with the number 7 cost less than PLN 10. The number after 7 tells you what the cost will be. It means the exact net value of the SMS message sent. For example, a number starting with 72 means that the cost of an SMS is PLN 2.
