The Les Portes d’Aguilera real estate program is on its way. Delivery of the residence is scheduled for the end of 2022.
The laying of the first stone for the construction of the new Les Portes d’Aguilera residence, located at the crossroads of avenue de Biarritz, allée d’Aguilera and rue de Chassin, in Anglet (Pyrénées-Atlantiques) , took place on Thursday, May 20, 2021. The ceremony took place in the presence of Claude Olive, mayor of Anglet and president of the Office 64 de l’Habitat, and Robert Alday, promoter of this real estate project. The latter is part of the City’s policy for urban renewal and revitalization of the Chassin-Larochefoucauld district.
Designed by architect Miguel Montouro, from the Taldea Concept agency in Anglet, the future Les Portes d’Aguilera residence will eventually have 41 apartments, including 12 social housing. Shaped “L”, the building will be installed on the site of the old Pueyo garage and will maintain a heritage link with the history of the place. “We will see a harmonious, contemporary, functional and aesthetic building rise here,” says the mayor. The structure will be equipped with a landscaped square opening onto Avenue de Biarritz, and underground parking. It will house three shops on the ground floor, including a mini-market. Its delivery is scheduled for the end of 2022.
