A 16-year-old guy was driving the BMW X5. He lost control of the SUV, which flew off the road and rolled over.
In the Nikolaev region, on the N-24 Blagoveshchenskoye-Nikolaev highway, teenagers on a BMW X5 car got into an accident. 16-year-old driver and his peer passengers were injured, informs press service of the police of the Nikolaev region.
The accident occurred on May 31 at about 4 pm near the village of Novopetrovskoye, Konstantinovskaya OTG.
“As a result of a traffic accident, the driver and three of his passengers aged 15-16 received bodily injuries of varying severity, another 17-year-old passenger refused medical assistance,” the message says.
The event is qualified on the basis of Part 1 of Art. 286 of the Criminal Code (Violation of traffic safety rules or vehicle operation by persons driving vehicles). The sanction of the article provides for punishment of up to three years in prison.
Investigators establish all the circumstances and causes of the accident.
