Saber Interactive is responsible for remasters
we already had recently reported that Crysis’ official twitter had been hinting that a remastered version of Crysis 2 could be announced in times of E3. Today Crytek announced to the public that later this year we will have the release of Crysis Remastered Trilogy, graphically optimized collection for the present day, which includes the already released Crysis Remastered which was released in late 2020 and the remastered versions of Crysis 2 and Crysis 3. As remasters are in the hands of Saber Interactive and the games still arrive in 2021, the date should be announced soon, the forecast is for the American fall.
“We are excited to announce that these iconic Crysis games are coming back in a bundle, remastered for a new generation of hardware,” said Steffen Halbig, project leader.
In the games in the series, you play as a super soldier who, equipped with a Nanosuit suit with different technologies and weapons, fights to defend New York and the planet against alien threats. The first game in the series was originally released in 2007, as the two sequences that will be in this package, Crysis 2 and Crysis 3 arrived in 2011 and 2013 respectively.
“Each game is enhanced to look and play beautifully on today’s platforms, offering the best Crysis experience for both newcomers to our classic franchise and gamers looking to relive the adventure.” said Steffen Halbig, project leader

The games will have better performance on new-gen consoles than on older consoles, with these optimizations the user will enjoy the 4K experience in the scenarios found in the series. Crysis Remastered that is available can now be played with greater performance on Playstation 5 and Xbox Series while the other games still do not arrive with the trilogy.
In addition to the trilogy package, which will include the three Crysis, the games will also be sold individually, as well as the remastering of the first game that was released at the end of last year and is already on sale. Values for new games have not yet been released.
