Code from Nier Replicant references Switch version

Via Reddit it was shared that graphical settings for the ‘NX’ were found in the code of Nier Replicant via a datamine. NX is the code name for the Nintendo Switch. It is therefore possible that Square Enix is secretly working on a Switch version of the game. That’s not certain, though: it could be that the project was canceled during development, or that the developer just wanted to test whether the game could run on the console. Nier Replicant is a new version of the original Nier that came out in 2010. There were then two versions of the game: Nier Gestalt on Xbox 360 and Nier Replicant on PlayStation 3. The latter version never came out in the West until the new version of Nier Replicant came out earlier this year on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and pc.
