For more than 20 years, Domitys, leader in senior serviced residences, has offered a housing solution where autonomy, safety and well-being are one. The Domitys Le Critérium residence, managed by Ségolène POTTIER and her team, opened its doors on May 25 in the town of Ecouflant and welcomed its new residents.
THE CRITERIUM OPENED ITS DOORS ON 05/25/2021
Under the direction of Ségolène POTTIER, the Domitys Le Critérium senior service residence has 120 apartments (from studios to 3-room apartments) which provide residents with comfort, tranquility and well-being thanks to the attention paid to functionality and the quality of services. Pets of residents are also welcome within the residence.

Present in Angers since 2017, with the Rosa Gallica residence, then in 2021 with the Ecouflant – Le Critérium residence, Domitys is perfectly integrated into the economic and social dynamics of the Angevin agglomeration. In addition, the industry leader is preparing to reopen a new residence in Angers.

Domitys residences welcome independent seniors, wishing to be independent but surrounded. In Ecouflant, residents benefit from numerous convivial spaces including a swimming pool, a gym or a wellness / aesthetic area. They are also surrounded by an attentive, dynamic team, available day and night, 7 days a week, made up of around twenty people.
On a daily basis, many activities * are offered to them. Residents can take part in sports lessons adapted to their physical conditions, take care of themselves or simply have a good time in a friendly atmosphere.
The restaurant *, open to all residents, their families and friends, but also to outsiders, offers varied menus every day with fresh, seasonal products, prepared and prepared by a chef.
In addition to numerous physical and cultural activities, the group relies on art to offer its residents an imaginary journey within its establishments.
With 120 open residences, including 9 residences in Pays-de-la-Loire, Domitys already accommodates 12,000 seniors in its residences. Each year, the Group opens between 15 and 20 residences throughout the territory.
