The fateful date is approaching to deliver the texts and videos concerning the 8th edition of the Prix du Pays Noir. Reminder, the stories (history, biography, daily life, fictionalized work, etc.) must necessarily have as a geographical setting or as a subject the municipalities of the new canton Lot and Dourdou and, in the canton of Elne and Alzou, the municipalities of Cransac , Aubin and Firmi. A prize will be awarded in the “document” category and a second in the “fiction” category
The typewritten work, thirty pages maximum, must be submitted in five copies before June 15, 2021 to the secretary general, André Romiguières, or to the office of the tourist office of the community of municipalities of Decazeville, square Jean Segala. The video of a maximum duration of ten minutes must be posted on the internet before June 15, 2021 ([email protected] or to [email protected]).
The Prize will be awarded on August 13, in the Gironde park, and will be endowed with 1,000 euros in each of the two categories. Only the books that came in second, in each of the two categories, will be cited after the one that has been awarded.
The jury elects domicile in Gironde, commune of Saint-Parthem.
