PACHUCA.- The Executive Branch of Hidalgo authorized to Francisco I. Madero Polytechnic University (UPFIM) to give a estate in favor of the coordinating body of the Universities for Well-being Benito Juárez García, for the building Y operation of a educational venue.
This is clear from a decree published in the Official Newspaper of the State of Hidalgo (POEH), which specifies that the donated area has a extension from 60 thousand 165,346 square meters and it’s a fraction of the Luis Villarreal Rural Normal School, located in the community of The Mexe, Municipality of Francisco I. Madero.
The transfer of estate was authorized one year after Raquel de la Luz Sosa Elízaga, head of the body that coordinates the Benito Juárez Welfare institutions, requested the land, on June 29, 2020, to the government of Hidalgo through the official letter OCUBBJG / DG / 0-236 / 2020.

However, it was until last May 3 of this year, when the senior officer of the Executive Power of the entity, Martiniano Vega Orozco authorized celebrate the donation contract, since the estate is property of the Francisco I. Madero Polytechnic University, according to the public deed granted on July 20, 2012.
However, in the donation decree, the state administration specified that in the event that the organization of the Universities for Well-being does not use the place for the operation of a educational venue or give a different use to the statement, “both the property and its improvements will be reverted in favor of the State”, since this is what is established in article 46 of the Law of Assets of the State of Hidalgo.
