WTCR starts at 00:10
The WTCR is the Touring Car World Cup. The 2019 season followed the Touring World Cup (WTCC) in 2018. It is called the World Cup and not the World Cup just because manufacturers cannot be directly involved in the competition. Each team can only have two cars and the brands are limited to supplying four (in practice this means that there are two private teams per car make).
