Greece has extended restrictions on entry until June 7th. The same requirements for the health status of tourists remain in force. A negative coronavirus test is also required to travel by ferry to the islands.
The conditions for entry of citizens of the European Union, who must present a vaccination certificate or a negative AKP test at the border, do not change.
Address registration also remains mandatory. Children up to the age of 5 enter without a test. At all border crossings, tourists are tested with a quick test for coronavirus, said the Ministry of Health.
Under the same conditions, citizens of 22 countries outside the European Union enter Greece.
For travel by ferry, as well as for domestic flights in the country, a document for the health status of passengers is required.
Masks are mandatory outside, the fine is 300 euros, police said. Only those who are not relatives and do not live at the same address travel in private cars with masks.
On the beach, the distance between the umbrellas must be at least 4 meters.
Since the beginning of the tourist season, the fines of 2,000 euros for anti-radar in the car have increased.
