Ingolstadt / Osnabrück (dpa / lby) – FC Ingolstadt wants to take the last step back into the 2nd Bundesliga this Sunday (1.30 p.m. / ZDF and DAZN). The Schanzer contest their relegation second leg at the still second division club VfL Osnabrück. The team of coach Tomas Oral has created an excellent starting position: In the first leg, Ingolstadt won 3-0. For the FCI it is the third relegation in a row. In 2019 and 2020, the club stumbled shortly before reaching its desired goal. “At the moment Osnabrück is still in the second division, so it is important to be humble,” warned Oral of his team’s arrogance.
