A 25-year-old man received child and youth pornography through a group chat on social media, but wants the pictures to be deleted immediately. Nevertheless, he is sentenced by the district court.

Wages. The defendant only took part in the group chat for a week and read along with it. Then he got out. The 25-year-old Löhner does not tell the judge why he registered in the first place. Via the dubious Whatsapp group called “Darknet / Deepweb”, however, photos were shared that were clearly recognizable as child and youth pornography. The Whatsapp group was exposed to an investigation against a 15-year-old student who was apparently very active there. The man from wages was one of 440 group participants …
