EMVICOSA manages to reach a financial agreement in favor of public rental housing
COSLADA / MAY 27, 2021 / The Municipal Housing Company (EMVICOSA) ha canceled the loans for the homes he owned before with CaixaBank, formerly Bankia, to offer new houses of public rental.
The liberated houses that are made available to the municipality are located on the street Unamuno and Avenida de la Constitución number 21 and they will be available for the young cosladeños who want to inhabit them.

The City Council of Coslada and the Municipal Housing Company will take over from mortgage of homes until maturity in 2028 and 2037, also thanks to subsidies from the Ministry of Housing and the Community of Madrid. The municipality has other 155 habitable houses aimed at young people.
