JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV – Telkomsel has officially launched the 5th generation (5G) internet network service in Indonesia, Thursday (27/05/2021).
Simultaneously, the operator also announced a list of 5G Early Bird Data Packages that certain Telkomsel customers can get with an invitation system.
Rachel Goh, Marketing Director of Telkomsel, said that Telkomsel customers who get the invitation can buy the data package for IDR 26 thousand with a quota of 126 GB via the MyTelkomsel application.

“In the long term, Telkomsel will continue to strive to provide affordable internet data packages for Indonesian customers,” he said as quoted from Kompas.com.
Telkomsel with this data package promises internet speeds of up to 700 Mbps and will last until July 26, 2021.
On the same occasion, Telkomsel also announced the price of a special 5G data package for customers who have an Orbit Modem (Huawei 5G CPE Pro 2).
