The Solidaires en affaires movement is launched in collaboration with the Sept-Îles Uashat-Mak-Mani-Utenam Chamber of Commerce to bring together people from the community around the mission of Centraide Duplessis.

Companies are invited to put in place strategies adapted to their operational reality in order to raise funds for charities recognized by Centraide Duplessis. Various formulas are suggested, such as the sale of a product for the benefit of Centraide or a special fundraising day.

The directors of Centraide Duplessis and of the Chamber of Commerce Joannie Francoeur-Côté and Jessica Bélisle yesterday issued an invitation to business people to join the movement. Centraide invested $ 742,079 in 2020 to support 35 community organizations in the eastern part of the North Shore.
