The state government in Schleswig-Holstein announced in the morning how it wants to adjust the corona rules in the state in view of the falling number of infections. An overview of the easing:
These changes are supposed to from next Monday (May 31st) apply and initially be in force for two weeks:
Relaxation for contact restrictions inside
- To meet up to ten people are again allowed in the interior – the number of households is not limited.
Events also possible indoors again
- Events “with group activity without fixed seats” – for example Parties and receptions – are allowed under certain conditions up to 25 people in the interior take place up to 50 people outside. At such events in the private sector, vaccinated and convalescent people do not count.
- Markets (also trade fairs) are Allowed indoors again – with up to 125 peopleif conditions are met. Outside, up to 250 people can participate.
- Event “with the character of a meeting” – like for example concerts, theater and cinema screenings – are allowed indoors with up to 125 people, 250 people can take part outside. Conditions also apply here.
The following applies to indoor participants: The participants have recovered, have been vaccinated or have an up-to-date test – no more than 24 hours old. There is no obligation to test outdoors.
If the incidence increases, a higher number of participants should gradually be made possible.
There is no mask requirement in schoolyards
- During school operations, pupils no longer have to wear a mask outside – for example during breaks or during physical education lessons outside.
Music schools and other extracurricular educational opportunities open again
- Corresponding lessons can also take place indoors. The same rules as for events should then apply – if the lessons take place in fixed groups, a test is mandatory as in schools.
Culture and leisure: New rules for choirs, museums and saunas
- Chorproben are allowed with compulsory testing – but without a mask.
- Museums and exhibitions visitable without tests
- All Cultural and leisure facilities may, under certain conditions, their Open interiors, compulsory testing for the outside area not applicable.
- Youth meetings, youth work and youth camps are allowed to offer more – details are regulated in the ordinance.
- Sauna and whirlpools can be reopened – but may only be used individually or by members of a household.
- Tourist traffic “For tourist purposes” is possible again – with a test and mask requirement.
Church services with singing indoors are allowed again
- “Ritual events of the religious communities” – for example Church services and community prayers – are allowed with up to 125 people take place inside.
- An Funeral ceremonies and burials in cemeteries allowed to take place with up to 250 people – 125 participants are allowed to take part in the indoor area.
Sport
- Indoor sport: more than ten adult participants are required to test, Children and adolescents are allowed to take part with up to 25 participants without having to take a test train together.
- All Sports facilities may be opened: In Swimming pools and Fitness studios negative tests are required.
- The Square meter restriction for indoor use falls.
- Spectators are allowed in the amateur area – The same rules apply as for events.
Prostitution is allowed again under certain conditions
- With Contact data collection, Hygienekonzept and Compulsory test for clients and prostitutes. Street prostitution remains prohibited.
