Game Revolution
Given the delays and the seemingly problematic path to the game’s release, I’m absolutely amazed at how good the result is. Experiment 101 has clearly been given the time needed to deliver its vision, which is unfortunately something we see less and less in the gaming industry. I didn’t expect Biomutant to be one of my favorite games of the year, let alone one of the most fun open world games I’ve ever played. It’s a real game miracle.

The biomutant begins incredibly strongly with extensive weapon and character design and a breathtaking world to explore. Players have control over their adventure through various interactions, leading to an engaging experience. Despite the fact that the more time you spend in this world, the more you will notice things that could be improved. Some missions are not so interesting, which is not helped by the lower difficulty, so you might want to avoid these small activities. But these are still just the little things of an otherwise great adventure full of great gameplay, mechanics and visual processing, which cannot be overlooked.

The biomutant could be the black horse of 2021. Not only is the game absolutely breathtaking, but it’s also great to play. Developer Studio Experiment 101 has created a world that you will want to explore and at the same time be rewarded for exploring it. Add to that a great combat system, robust character creation, weapons and equipment, and you get a game that is a must for opponents of open world games.
