Tatiana Okupnik is not afraid of honest challenges to her health, even if the topic is considered taboo. This was the case when she talked about her delivery and the postpartum period. Now she confessed that her bones had begun to “break into power”.

Okupnik electrified the media with her confession last year. In several videos posted on social media, she spoke about the traumas associated with motherhood. After her first childbirth, she was unable to recover for many weeks. The singer accurately described her drama. – I did not want anesthesia, because I was a little scared of him – I had an injury to the sciatic nerve before. Reality verified my plan, because my delivery lasted 33 hours and I was pushing for 5 hours. After 8 pm I asked for anesthesia – she added.

Okupnik was giving birth in the States, so she was given an epidural that was supposed to work with the drips. Nurses’ wages changed and because of their mistake the singer was given too much fluid, as much as 12 liters. She added that it took over a month for her to recover. – I couldn’t bend my legs. The husband put them on the bed. I couldn’t bend down to wash myself, she explained, sobbing. – These things have accumulated … 12 liters of gingerbread, massage … stretching. I had a completely torn back vaginal wall. I was torn, she said. All this she said with tears in her eyes.
