57-year-old man seriously injured after nightly abuse Haarlem | Inland

The police received a report of the incident on the cycle path on Von Liebigstraat around 4.10 am. The 57-year-old man cycled there with a 26-year-old man on his way home. They were attacked by five people who then kicked and beat the two men.

It is not clear why the five suspects turned violent. The police searched for the five in the area, but could not find them. A description of them has been issued. It’s likely to be men between the ages of 20 and 25. They walked off in the direction of Konijnenburgstraat. The police are looking for witnesses.
