It is crucial to act now and to leave no child behind: with tailor-made and low-threshold support to reduce learning backlogs, but also to promote early childhood education, for leisure, holiday and sports activities as well as for accompanying children and young people in everyday life and in the school.
?? It is also particularly important to me that civic engagement in local associations and organizations, which is so indispensable for our social coexistence, can benefit directly. We have planned 30 million euros for the German Foundation for Commitment and Volunteering ??, emphasizes the federal politician.

At the same time, Rüddel notes that the corona pandemic is also having a full impact on the training market. Overall, the supply and demand for apprenticeships are falling: The Union parliamentary group in the German Bundestag has therefore this year the ?? summer of apprenticeship initiated with and decided to take extensive measures with the aim of securing the training prospects of young people.
