Why pay special attention to young workers?
As young people are new to the workforce, they are more likely to be injured.

It is important that young workers know their rights, responsibilities and obligations with regard to labor standards, pay equity and occupational health and safety. It is by making them aware, from an early age, that we will be able to change things and develop a culture of prevention with the workers and employers of tomorrow.
