Dr. rer. cur. Elisabeth Höwler, Graduate nursing pedagogue and nursing scientist (MA) has been a speaker at technical schools for educators, speech therapy and occupational therapy as well as geriatric and curative education care Her research focus is on gerontology and psychiatry.
About the Author
Dr. rer. cur. Elisabeth Höwler is a qualified nursing pedagogue and holds a master’s degree in nursing science. Since 2008 lecturer at vocational schools for educators, speech therapy and occupational therapy as well as geriatric and curative education carers. It offers further education and in-house training courses for nursing experts in clinics, outpatient and inpatient care facilities across Germany. Her research focus is on gerontology and psychiatry. In 2008 she was awarded the Nursing Science Prize of Marseille-Kliniken AG for her scientific achievements. She is a member of the German Society for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy, Psychosomatics and Neurology (DGPPN).
