A serial rapist. And the victims of Antonio di Fazio, 50 years old, entrepreneur, could be at least five according to the Milan prosecutor who requested and obtained the arrest ordered by the judge for the preliminary investigations. The precautionary custody order in prison was carried out by the carabinieri. The disputed offenses are aggravated sexual violence, kidnapping and aggravated personal injury. According to investigators, the man is the director of a Milanese pharmaceutical company.
The investigations started with the complaint of one 21-year-old university student who said she was invited to a business meeting between entrepreneurs for an internship and that she completely fainted after drinking a coffee. She woke up in the man’s house dazed and wearing the clothes she had worn the previous evening. The house search carried out, after a few days, made it possible to find, hidden in a niche in the kitchen, two packs of the medicine “Bromazepam” (anxiolytic of the benzodiazepine family). Further investigative investigations, carried out in collaboration with the Investigative Unit of Milan, made it possible to ascertain thanks to the analysis by video surveillance systems and gps data recorded by smartwatch in use by the victim, as well as from computer checks carried out on various phones and computers used by the entrepreneur, which the latter, after having invited the young victim to the alleged business meeting, gave her, mixing it with a coffee and an orange juice, a high dose of benzodiazepines, such as to provoke intoxication with poisoning.
The purpose was to keep her at home against her will until the following morning; place it in a state of inability to want and act for abuse and photograph it. Subsequently the man, worried by the outcome of the search and the ongoing investigations, tried to create an alibi and accused the student and her family of an attempted extortion against him. Investigators invite all those who have met the entrepreneur, subsequently accusing a state of unconsciousness, to immediately contact the Carabinieri of the Milan Porta Monforte Company, in viale Umbria 62 in Milan. For the investigators, the victims in total are at least five, at the moment the other victims have not been identified but in the apartment there were indications of other violence against equally young girls. In the photo gallery found on the phone, photographs of other girls were found, “of the same tenor” as those who filmed the young woman he denounced, “taken from October 2020”. A photo gallery, it is written in the precautionary measure of the investigating judge, “worthy of a new Bluebeard”. Di Fazio had on his mobile phone the photos of the young woman who was unconscious because of the tranquilizers he had administered to her and this, for the investigators, has no alternative explanation other than that of “document the trophy won“.
