At the Maison de la Culture in Nevers, the concert of the group 47ter announced the reopening of cultural venues.

The President of the Republic Emmanuel Macron went to Nevers, in the Nièvre, for a trip dedicated to the reopening of cultural places and the generalization of the Culture pass.
Launched in February 2019 by the Head of State, the Culture pass aims to promote access to culture and the development of artistic practices for young people.
First tested in 14 departments, the Culture pass is now being rolled out across France, becoming accessible to 800,000 young people aged 18.
Via the application a mobile application, they will each be able to benefit from 300 euros to experience new artistic discoveries near their home.
During his trip, the President of the Republic visited a cinema and the Maison de la Culture in Nevers Agglomeration, where a concert by the group “47 Ter” was organized in partnership with the Culture pass.
From January 2022, the Culture pass will be extended. Pupils enrolled between 4ème and Terminale will benefit from 200 euros over 5 years for individual cultural experiences or group outings with their class.
The Culture pass will thus amplify the artistic education policy developed since 2017, while contributing to the revival of the cultural sectors.
